Employing both an experiential and conceptual approach to the program design, The Humanity Movement is a leader in DEI and conflict management training that emphasizes inclusive leadership. Our group experiences, activities and training modules assist teams and the staff as a whole to dig into issues of DEI, as well as build cross-functional skills and competencies needed to build inclusive cultures in an increasingly complex and diverse world.

Our DEI leadership learning experiences are built on a three-tiered approach, informed by:

  • A team of highly qualified and thoroughly trained consultants and coaches expert with group facilitation and relations

COACHING & CONSULTING

Our diverse team works with organizational leaders in small teams and/or on an individual basis to achieve goals centered around DEI in your organization.  Our coaches and consultants take our clients through in-depth processes on an ongoing basis to find solutions that work and changes that stick.

What’s the difference between coaching and consulting? Our coaching services are there to take leaders through a creative process whereby they ideate the solutions, try them out, and then go through a feedback process to conclude what they believe works best alongside the support of an expert in coaching as well as DEI. Our consulting services are here to provide insights, advice, and opinions from the collective wealth of expertise held by our consultants.

POLICY RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Pervasive institutional and systemic racism has created significant disparities in education, health, wealth, safety, and quality of life for Black and brown people across America. As national research and action institute, PolicyLink, states: to realize the promise of equity, every policy and investment must provide significant, sustained support to the people hurting most; and serve as a bridge to creating an equitable economy, an inclusive and compassionate society, and a strong, accountable democracy.

The Humanity Movement is committed to rigorous research and development of policy ideas dismantling inherently racist policies, practices, and procedures in systems and institutions of all kinds while advancing equity, liberty, and justice for all humans.
